All Free Software are Open Source, not all Open Source Software are Free Software. Take for example the Linux kernel, the linux kernel is Open Source Software, but, as the project grows, it`s included a lot of non free software in it, so, the Linux Kernel is Open Source, but carries a lot of proprietary software, and cannot carry de name Free Software. =-D
